These are on the shelf and waiting their turn at the inspection bench. We photograph and score every unit by hand before it goes on sale, and that is the queue these are in. Ask us to inspect one and it goes to the front of it.
What happens when you ask
Your request moves the product to the front of the inspection queue, and you get the full report by email the moment a unit goes on sale: the four condition scores, the photos and the price. That email is the head start, because nobody browsing the site has seen it yet.
Nothing is held for you. When it goes on sale, the first person to check out gets it.
An inspection can also find a unit we will not sell, and sometimes a pallet is short and the thing never arrives at all. If that happens we will tell you, rather than leaving you waiting.
